Numerous dignitaries each make a two-minute speech during the dedication ceremonies for the Freedom Studies Center at the Institute for American Strategy in Boston, Va. on Sept. 25, 1966. Developed through private funding, the Center was created to establish a private political-psychological warfare school modeled on those established in Communist nations. The school was dedicated to promoting the study of American ideals, and protecting the American way of life and government against the spread of communism.
