Description of living at 7616 Bradburn Blvd. -- Rigg House -- England Harvey & Erma. The historic home c. 1890 was given to Earle Stanley DeSpain and his bride Gertrude Rigg DeSpain. The home where the Awalt's presently live was on the property when the Rigg's purchased the property. Earle DeSpain was the son of Pleasanr DeSpain Jr. born in Harris Colorado. They have been keepers of the historic home with tales of living there.
