2016 Graduate Commencement Reception with Secretary Madeleine Korbel Albright

The Josef Korbel School was honored to host Secretary Madeleine Korbel Albright, 64th U.S. Secretary of State, at our annual Graduate Breakfast Reception on June 3 honoring our 2016 graduate students.

Secretary Albright and Dean Christopher R. HIll had an on-stage discussion about the foreign policy issues in the new U.S. President's "inbox." Nearly 400 students, parents, faculty, staff and other guests also honored outgoing Army War College Fellow Lt. Col. Dan Allen, and recognized our new PhD graduates, Ahmad Dost, Malliga Och and Sabina Pavlovska-Hilaiel.

Secretary Albright is a daughter of Josef Korbel, founding dean of our school.
