At our 3rd Annual Educating Tomorrow's Lawyers Conference, Accelerating Competency: Assessment in Legal Education, Melissa Swain and JoNel Newman from the University of Miami School of Law presented their qualitative study Of Health Rights Clinic student narratives.
The Clinic captures self-reflective writings from students at the mid-point of each semester.
These self-reflection narratives have proved valuable tools for students as they begin to construct their professional identities.
