At our 3rd Annual Educating Tomorrow's Lawyers Conference, Accelerating Competency: Assessment in Legal Education, Neil Hamilton from the University of St. Thomas School of Law presented findings from his Roadmap for Employment Experiment.

Aimed at helping law students grow their professional competencies, Roadmap assists them in identifying their individual strengths and then matches those against the competencies that legal employers and clients say they want.
