Appears to be college football highlights from 1951. Originally on 16mm film transferred to a VHS Tape.  Featuring the following schools Michigan State, Ohio State, University of Texas, Purdue University, University of Maryland, University of North Carolina (UNC), Northwestern University , Navy, Southern Methodist University (SMU), Notre Dame, University of Southern California (USC), Army, University of Tennessee, Princeton University, Cornell University. The USC vs Army game took place at Yankee Stadium in New York City. The film features Dick Kazmaier of Princeton the 1951 Heisman Trophy winner and Maxwell winner.
