Oral History Interview with Christopher Bill circa 1975

Bill Christopher came to work for Westminster in the last 1960's. Served as City Manager for 33 years beginning in 1976. As Assistant City Manager in 1977 Bill spoke of growth management building permits water attraction of large corporations financial planning legal battles City Parks recreation centers and shopping centers. In 1978 as City Manager water-Standley Lake sales tax bonds 1983 25th Anniversary the City Charter of 1985 train wreck and Westminster Artists Series.
