Mr. Babbitt was born in Flagstaff but raised in Las Angeles. He was schooled in the East and started into business then. He returned to Flagstaff in 1934. He is a principal in the Arizona Livestock Loan Co. the Cataract Livestock Co. and the Espee. Interviewed by Al Richmond January 15 1984.
