Bury interviews Mr. J. Morris Richards a native Arizonan a life-long educator and journalist and staff member of the State Dept. of Education/Public Instruction beginning in 1932 under the administration of Dr. Herman Hendricks. Much of the interview is in fact dedicated to Hendricks himself his personal life as well as his administration and policies. Morris recounts his childhood his education and his entree into the world of state-wide educational administration and politics.
