This session focuses on the scholarship of teaching and learning (SoTL) as a way to elevate the work of the teacher-scholar.  At the intersection of these two identities is scholarly inquiry into teaching and learning: how do you know when each is going well, and what does that look like?

The challenge in this post-pandemic era is that, at times, it feels like neither teaching nor learning are “going well.”  In this session, you will explore how a SoTL lens can trouble that feeling by helping you capture those moments when your teaching is most meaningful.
