Dominick discusses his opposition to trade policies of the United States and other countries with communist nations, which he says strengthens communist governments. He notes that the U.S. policy of selling surplus wheat to the Soviet Union while boycotting trade with Cuba does not allow the United States to criticize allies such as Britain, France, Canada or Spain, who are increasing their trade agreements with Fidel Castro's government.
