Senator Peter H. Dominick (R-Colo.) answers questions during a telephone interview for KREX Radio in Grand Junction, Colorado on March 4, 1974.  Sen. Dominick discusses the Emergency Energy Bill, the extension of royalties on oil and gas leases, the Watergate scandal, the proposed impeachment proceedings against President Richard M.
